Looking for a roommate to take the master bedroom of our true 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment, furnished with a bed, desk, chair, etc. (but you can also just bring your own). Move-in dates flexible.

It’s located in a luxury building right in the heart of FiDi. The master bedroom has its own bathroom inside, as well as a large window facing northeast (lots of sunlight) and a view overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge and the FDR. It’s a true bedroom, no flexing gap-from-the-ceiling nonsense!

The apartment is very nice on the inside, it has new wooden floors, new kitchen, high ceilings, and large over-sized windows.

Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, indoor lounge and outdoor rooftop deck, gym with well maintained equipment, and live-in super. Laundry room is on our floor but there’s also housekeeping, dry-cleaning, and valet services available.

Located right next to every express train in the city:

2,3,4,5,A,C,J,Z are 2-3 mins away

1,R,W are a 4-5 mins walk away.

These are not exaggerations.

The building’s located in the heart of FiDi with lots of restaurants/bars around but still not too close that it’s too loud. There’s also a grocery store a block away.
